This Privacy Policy explains how RL Innovation Group LLC, doing business as RL Solutions ("RL Solutions," "we," "us," or "our"), handles information collected through this website. RL Solutions provides NFC review cards and lanyards for dealerships and other customer-facing businesses.

Information you submit. When you request a quote, we collect the information you enter: your name, dealership or business name, work email, phone number, number of locations, estimated quantity, department, product of interest, and your message.
Technical information. Our hosting provider may automatically record standard technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, pages requested, and the date and time of your visit. This is used to deliver, secure, and troubleshoot the website.
We do not ask for payment information through this website.

Our NFC products
Our NFC cards and lanyards are programmed to open the review page you specify. When a customer taps one, their phone opens that page directly. We do not receive information about the customer or the tap.

This website does not currently use analytics or advertising-tracking tools, and it does not set its own cookies. Web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives standard technical information such as your IP address when your browser requests them. If we add analytics in the future, we will update this policy.

We rely on service providers to run this website and handle requests, including our website hosting provider, a form-processing service that delivers quote requests to us, and Google Fonts. These providers process information to deliver their services under their own privacy policies.
